Leads enterprise consulting engagements from delivery through commercial performance, ensuring projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. Produces analysis, reports, recommendations, and negotiation materials using Excel and Power BI. Manages client relationships, stakeholder discussions, supplier negotiations, project resources, and escalation processes. Identifies cross-selling, renewal, and follow-on opportunities while supporting sales. Coaches junior consultants, leads training, shares market knowledge, and contributes to strategic client outcomes and business growth.

Manage the Merchant Payments Index product agenda, including roadmap priorities, use cases, adoption, success measures, and requirements. Partner with data, product, data science, engineering, partnerships, sales, and marketing teams to improve functionality and usability. Translate payments trends and market signals into client briefings, insight products, thought leadership, and recommendations. Enable account teams to use MPI in client engagements and identify external datasets and partnerships that strengthen the product.
