Represent the company in executive meetings, sales conversations, events, webinars, and external forums. Collaborate with Product, Data, Partnerships, Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and leadership while guiding a small intelligence team and prioritizing client and account demands.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise merchant accounts, identify commercial optimization opportunities using data and payments expertise, own project governance and revenue targets, lead stakeholder engagements, assess contracts/SLAs, coordinate resources, and drive client satisfaction and growth.

Design, build and operate Databricks-native, secure and observable data ingestion, orchestration and platform capabilities on Azure. Deliver production ELT pipelines, client onboarding, CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, data quality and operational reliability, while mentoring engineers and enabling safe automated workflows.
