Lead large, multi-phase building automation projects from kickoff to acceptance. Oversee strategic accounts, mentor PMs/APMs, manage budgets/forecasting, mitigate risks, recover troubled projects, run client/executive meetings, ensure delivery standards, improve processes, and represent the company in construction and industry meetings.

Manage planning, coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and completion of DDC/building automation projects. Oversee quality control, field staff and subcontractors, set team goals, run project meetings, track costs, and ensure specifications and customer satisfaction while performing physical site tasks as needed.

Support sales team by preparing estimates and proposals, creating and reviewing project scope for BAS/BMS/HVAC projects, maintaining Salesforce CRM, developing customer relationships, and assisting project turnover to operations.
