Leads ticket office operations by selling and processing resort products, assisting guests and employees, reconciling daily cash and credit transactions, answering phones, and supervising ticket office staff. Acts as Ticket Office Supervisor when needed, maintains a safe and clean workspace, and supports positive guest service. The role requires on-site seasonal availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, plus strong communication, POS, computer, cash-handling, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Operate and maintain snowmaking equipment, including fan guns, hoses, pumps, and controls, to create and maintain ski-slope snow conditions. Monitor temperatures, water quality, airflow, and system levels; reposition equipment; complete inspections, maintenance logs, and minor repairs. Work safely around high voltage, high water pressure, heavy equipment, uneven terrain, and severe weather. The role includes night, weekend, and holiday shifts, snowmobile operation, general labor, and collaboration with resort departments.

Sells and processes season passes, lift tickets, parking, locker rentals, and other resort products. Handles cash, credit card, gift card, and POS transactions accurately; answers multi-line phones and guest questions; performs ticket-checking duties as needed; maintains a clean, safe environment; and provides positive guest service. Requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability, reliable transportation, cash-handling experience, communication skills, and a background check.
