The role also supports team members and requires strong judgment, organization, autonomy, collaboration, and French-English bilingualism.

Administers the full post-funding lifecycle of commercial mortgage portfolios. Responsibilities include collecting and verifying borrower documentation, recording loan transactions, managing construction advances, calculating interest and penalties, reconciling trust accounts, processing remittances, maintaining files, preparing reports, and responding to client requests. The role also performs compliance controls, peer checks, and cross-functional support across borrower relations, collections, investor relations, and collateral management.
