As a Mortgage Underwriter, you will review residential mortgage applications, analyze financial documents, manage a high workload, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Translate stakeholder ideas into user stories, feature scopes, and technical requirements. Create journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes. Investigate system behavior with SQL, triage bugs, implement configurations, and collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to deliver product improvements for commercial mortgage lending platforms.

Provide analytical support across the commercial loan lifecycle: gather due diligence, analyze property operating statements and borrower financials, draft mortgage presentations and credit narratives, coordinate pre-funding conditions with Funding/Legal/Origination, and monitor market dynamics across asset classes.
