Identify and prospect utility construction and training accounts for simulator-based operator training. Qualify leads via outbound outreach and inbound inquiries, map stakeholders, track funding windows, arrange demos, and collaborate with sales and marketing to move opportunities through the funnel while maintaining accurate CRM data.

Hands-on multimedia role creating and updating video storyboards, light video edits, marketing collateral, and WordPress content. Manage external videographers and design agencies, ensure brand consistency, and coordinate web and creative projects across marketing, product, and sales. Use Adobe Creative Cloud, AI tools, and design platforms to produce polished assets that support B2B/tech marketing goals.

Lead multi-site production planning, supply chain and people management for Laval and Sandy (UT) facilities. Oversee inventory, supplier management, capacity planning, quality controls, NCRs, and production KPIs while driving continuous improvement and coordinating with engineering on NPI transitions.
