Coordinates shipping, vendors, purchasing, trade shows, demonstrations, team events, travel arrangements, invoices, budgets, expense reconciliation, purchase orders, and departmental records. Provides daily administrative and logistical support to Sales, Marketing, Product Growth, and leadership teams while maintaining accurate trackers, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring materials and services are delivered on time.

Leads a distributed team of mechanical and electromechanical designers developing simulator hardware. Oversees mechanical and electrical design, manufacturing integration, prototyping, production troubleshooting, documentation, revision control, and product data management. Provides hands-on technical leadership across materials, tolerances, fabrication, electrical systems, DFM, DFA, and product releases while collaborating with production, suppliers, and product management. Requires regular travel between Montreal, Laval, and Salt Lake City.

Provide first-level technical support through web, email, and phone for software and hardware products. Troubleshoot installations, configurations, licensing, updates, networking, and hardware issues; manage tickets, document recurring problems, communicate resolutions, and escalate complex cases. The role requires strong customer service, analytical skills, IT helpdesk experience, Windows expertise, basic Linux knowledge, familiarity with remote-access tools, and full professional fluency in English and French.
