CMI Healthcare Services

Case Management, Inc. (CMI Healthcare Services) is a Memphis-based nonprofit providing integrated behavioral health and primary care to individuals, including those living with mental illness. Its programs include adult and child care management, medication management, walk-in behavioral health, HIV transitional housing, residential treatment, homelessness prevention, therapy, GED preparation, and vocational rehabilitation. CMI uses recovery principles and evidence-based practices to support whole-person wellness and independence.
