Build, modernize, deploy, and operate CMG’s marketing platform across current and legacy .NET systems. Develop APIs, integrations, background jobs, and loan-data workflows; troubleshoot issues across application code, SQL Server, vendor APIs, and Azure; and improve testing, CI/CD, deployment safety, and architecture. Work hands-on with coding agents, structured requirements, acceptance validation, and production ownership while migrating legacy applications toward modern services and internal APIs.

Manages in-house marketing strategy, campaigns, social media branding, CRM and SEO systems, sales support, project communications, reporting, and marketing plan execution. Coordinates with sales and marketing leadership, conducts meetings, tracks project goals, updates internal systems, and identifies process efficiencies. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage concurrent deadlines.

Drives revenue growth by developing broker relationships, recruiting and onboarding new partners, managing a territory and account portfolio, and providing consultative mortgage guidance. Oversees pipelines from application through closing, delivers product and systems training, communicates pricing updates, analyzes account performance, resolves issues with internal teams, and meets production goals. Travel within the assigned territory supports relationship development.
