Lead preconstruction and estimating activities for commercial projects from pursuit through turnover. Develop detailed and conceptual estimates, manage subcontractor solicitation and bid leveling, identify risks/value-engineer opportunities, support proposals and client meetings, coordinate with design teams and Operations, and ensure smooth estimate-to-operations handoff.

Lead and build CMC's preconstruction function, personally manage complex estimates and pursuits, establish departmental standards and KPIs, coordinate procurement and subcontractor engagement, support business development, and ensure smooth handoff to operations while recruiting and developing a high-performing preconstruction team.

Lead and oversee multiple preconstruction teams, manage budgets, conceptual estimates, and GMP proposals for large/complex commercial projects. Approve estimates, coordinate procurement and subcontractor outreach, conduct constructability and value engineering reviews, and act as primary client liaison during preconstruction while mentoring managers and supporting departmental strategy.
