Lead and oversee multiple preconstruction teams, manage budgets, conceptual estimates, and GMP proposals for large/complex commercial projects. Approve estimates, coordinate procurement and subcontractor outreach, conduct constructability and value engineering reviews, and act as primary client liaison during preconstruction while mentoring managers and supporting departmental strategy.

Lead full lifecycle delivery of large, complex commercial construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, quality, contract compliance, and client satisfaction. Build and develop multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontracting and change control, oversee planning/scheduling, and represent the company to stakeholders through project closeout and turnover.
