Supports a trial and defense litigation team by drafting and filing legal documents, managing deadlines and calendars, maintaining case files, reviewing dockets, preparing privilege logs, assisting with discovery and depositions, coordinating experts, and supporting witness interviews. The role requires managing a busy caseload across multiple jurisdictions and using legal research, document management, office productivity, and e-filing technologies.

Reports and analyzes North American financial results, prepares management reporting and board presentations, supports budgeting and forecasting, and maintains financial models. Evaluates profitability and future performance, identifies efficiency opportunities, supports leadership projects, and recommends reporting improvements. The role also provides guidance to junior staff and collaborates with finance, pricing, operations, HR, and business development teams.

Manage a caseload of 25–30 litigation matters from responsive pleadings through trial or mediation. Responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, attending hearings and mediations, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery, conducting legal research, analyzing documents, investigating claims, developing case strategies, reporting to insurance clients, and supervising associates and paralegals.
