Own the full recruitment cycle for corporate and operational roles, including role design, sourcing, screening, assessment, offers, and onboarding. Partner with hiring leaders, build talent pipelines, provide labor-market insights, strengthen employer branding, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. Represent the company at career fairs and networking events, use recruitment data and technology to improve outcomes, and support talent and employee-experience initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and employment-law compliance.

Welcomes residents, visitors, vendors, and employees; manages calls, inquiries, mail, supplies, meeting spaces, and general office administration. Supports leasing and resident payments, maintenance requests, and follow-up coordination while maintaining a professional reception experience. The role is full-time, fixed-term, in-office five days per week, with occasional travel within Canada.
