Support the CEO and executive team by managing calendars, correspondence, priorities, travel, meetings, briefings, presentations, action items, expenses, records, and sensitive information. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, support corporate initiatives and events, and document processes for contract transitions. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, strong organization, communication, time management, and Microsoft 365 proficiency.
