Entry-level full-time Leasing Agent in Hamilton focusing on resident acquisition and retention. Respond to inquiries across channels, conduct in-person and virtual tours, guide applicants through leasing to move-in, maintain CRM and property management records, support market intelligence and leasing performance reporting, and collaborate with Marketing and Operations. Evening and weekend availability required; valid driver’s licence and vehicle needed. Background check required.

Support Marketing Operations by coordinating campaigns, vendors, budgets, invoices, and procurement workflows. Maintain trackers, assist event logistics, prepare reports, reconcile expenses, and improve processes to ensure timely, organized delivery of marketing projects.

Coordinate and execute local marketing initiatives across multiple residential communities. Build community partnerships, capture photo/video content, support events and campaigns, track results, and relay local market insights to centralized teams.
