Manage property sales from lead generation to completion: meet applicants, arrange viewings, canvass for properties, negotiate offers, progress sales, assist valuations, hit KPIs, run day-to-day office operations, and build long-term client relationships while supporting the Wapping sales team to exceed targets.

The Access Coordinator manages site access and estates activities, liaises with clients, and assists in legal documentation and compliance, while maintaining communication with various internal and external parties.
