Develop and maintain .NET Core APIs and React/Vue applications, test software across browsers and devices, resolve support tickets, collaborate with QA on fixes and deployments, contribute to project planning, analyze test results, report development status, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. The role is fully remote in the United States and requires experience with .NET, web technologies, APIs, relational databases, and AI-native development.

Develop and execute manual and automated tests for complex ERP software, including test plans, cases, scenarios, and scripts. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define test objectives, analyze results, identify coverage gaps, and improve QA processes. Support software quality across the SDLC using Agile practices, defect lifecycle management, CI/CD tools, version control, and build management.

Provide first-line and advanced support for Clubessential products (accounting, payments, membership, reporting, hardware integrations). Troubleshoot payment and device issues, document interactions in CRM, escalate when needed, monitor client health, promote product adoption, and collaborate with product and internal teams to resolve multi-system issues and improve retention.
