Provides personalized behavioral, social, communication, and life-skills support to special education students in an after-school classroom. Collaborates with teachers, behavior specialists, therapists, and other professionals; implements behavior intervention and positive reinforcement strategies; collects and analyzes behavior data; and creates engaging activities that promote student success.
