Manages gym operations by ensuring clean, functional, and friendly facilities. Oversees staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, performance management, customer service, inventory, incident reporting, help desk tickets, and facility repairs. Supports leadership, maintains company standards, and develops a positive team culture. Requires flexibility for varying schedules, travel to corporate and other club locations, and physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on gym equipment across club locations. Travel within a region for service calls, complete reports, follow safety protocols, lift up to 50 lbs, and support team goals.

Lead and develop the Personal Training program across clubs by coaching and mentoring trainers, standardizing processes, driving revenue and member retention, managing two direct reports, delivering continuing education, and serving as the subject matter expert for training standards and initiatives.
