Develops and maintains mechanical vehicle architecture, powertrain specifications, qualification plans, risk analyses, DFMEAs, DVP&Rs, and engineering changes for electric and internal-combustion vehicles. Acts as a subsystem subject matter expert, collaborates with suppliers, removes project roadblocks, develops technology strategies, and drives reliable, traceable test acceptance criteria. Requires strong technical, analytical, communication, collaboration, project execution, and problem-solving skills.

Leads Club Car’s end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformation, billing quality, dispute prevention, credit/rebill reduction, process governance, and operational excellence. Oversees billing and receivables teams, KPI reporting, internal controls, SOX compliance, balance sheet governance, month-end close support, and revenue-related accounting. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Pricing, Treasury, and Internal Audit to improve invoice accuracy, collections, automation, and working capital efficiency.

Develop vehicle components and systems from concept through production. Translate market requirements into technical specifications, perform risk and validation activities including DFMEA, DVP, APQP, and design reviews, and use PTC Creo to design mechanical components. Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing engineering and other teams to deliver products meeting quality, delivery, cost, and manufacturability goals.
