Manage and grow a Northeast territory covering 16–25 dealer and distributor rooftops. Responsibilities include dealer relationship management, regional sales growth, B2B and consumer sales support, account development, forecasting, pipeline management, inventory planning, product training, launches, and competitive intelligence. The role requires monthly on-site visits to assigned locations and close coordination with dealers to improve performance and achieve revenue, volume, and market-share targets.

Supports global and regional commodity management, supplier relationships, sourcing strategy, negotiations, supplier selection, contract compliance, and cost-reduction initiatives. Partners with engineering, operations, quality, and procurement teams to qualify suppliers, manage sourcing projects, support new product development, mitigate inflation, maintain supply continuity, and conduct commodity reviews. The role also coordinates supplier performance, reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement activities.

Manages supplier quality performance through root cause analysis, corrective actions, audits, PPAP and APQP documentation, process reviews, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with suppliers and cross-functional teams on product launches, VAVE projects, warranty issues, and quality resolution. Supports plant quality teams and travels to supplier and customer sites for development and issue resolution.
