Temporary HR Project Lead will manage HR projects end-to-end, support employee relations and engagement, guide performance management, improve HR processes, and deliver workforce analytics and reporting to HR leadership and stakeholders.

Lead an AI Center of Excellence to define and implement firm-wide AI strategy, governance, and roadmap. Prioritize and drive AI use cases to deliver measurable business value, set KPIs, coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage change and training, advise the C-suite, and monitor emerging AI trends and risks.

Lead and enhance CLS's Business Continuity Management program: maintain pandemic and continuity plans, deliver scenario testing and training, manage third-party resilience, perform risk and country assessments, support crisis management, and ensure regulatory and audit requirements are met.
