Build and lead the Cyber Hygiene and Data pillar, define strategy and operating model for data protection, application security, and vulnerability management. Oversee data lifecycle protection, cryptography, key management, DLP, SDLC-integrated application security, penetration testing, and vulnerability/patch programmes. Manage vendor relationships, governance reporting, regulatory and audit responses, and develop a high-performing security team reporting to the CISO.
