Manage vendor relationships, governance reporting, regulatory and audit responses, and develop a high-performing security team reporting to the CISO.

Support Tokyo office operations, client engagement, and administration for JPY settlement. Manage BOJNet-related applications, liaise with BOJ, members, Kyndryl, and internal stakeholders; support onboarding, BAU, trials, contingency, vendor and IT/BCM tasks.

The Senior Associate, Operations Static Data supports operational processes, monitors system performance, liaises with external partners, and enhances client services, ensuring compliance and facilitating policy implementation.
