Develops evidence-based policy positions, consultation responses, white papers, speeches, and stakeholder strategies. Coordinates participation in international FX, payments, and regulatory initiatives, including FSB, CPMI, BIS, GFXC, and local FX committees. Supports senior executives in policymaker engagement and tracks regulatory developments affecting CLS strategy, services, and innovation.

Leads a portfolio of complex internal audits within a financial services environment, overseeing audit planning, execution, risk assessment, regulatory issue remediation, and reporting to senior management and the Audit & Finance Committee. Manages and develops auditors, engages regulators and executives, provides technical audit expertise, monitors emerging risks, and supports integrated operational audits across CLS.
