Clozd Benefits Overview

Administer Salesforce for sales, customer success, and marketing teams; maintain CRM data hygiene and governance; manage territories and ownership changes; build renewal and retention tracking; troubleshoot Gong, Salesforce, and BigQuery integrations; create data dictionaries, dashboards, and automation; and document systems, issues, and handoffs. This is a remote, part-time contractor engagement requiring approximately 20 hours weekly during US Mountain business hours.

Manage new-client onboarding as a project manager, drive feature adoption, coordinate stakeholders, provide training and support, and guide technical integrations across CRM, communication, security, and API platforms. Gather client feedback for Product Management, set implementation expectations, and help customers realize value quickly.

Set product vision and strategy for a key business segment; own roadmap, requirements, and delivery; drive AI adoption and tooling; conduct market and customer research; collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to improve business metrics and launches.
