Manage the Digital Holistic Student Support project to implement a unified data and technology system. Plan, track, and report on project milestones; gather stakeholder requirements; coordinate vendors and departments; analyze advising/analytics data; drive adoption and improvements to support student retention and success.

Provide fiscal, administrative, compliance, and operational support for WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker programs. Duties include budget tracking, audits, reporting, case management support, procurement, training coordination, and liaison work with partner agencies to ensure program compliance and performance.

Lead and administer the Upward Bound grant: recruit, train, and supervise staff; recruit participants; assess needs; coordinate academic, enrichment, and summer services; manage budget and compliance with Department of Education regulations; maintain data and partnerships; evaluate program for continuous improvement.

Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable and billing, manage collections and inactive records, assist with cashier and vault duties, process Touchnet updates and reconciliations, create invoices and settlements, coordinate with third parties for bookstore charges, handle returned mail and student refunds in Workday, and organize fiscal documentation.

Manage and update the college website, implement digital marketing and social media strategies, produce video and photography content, ensure brand and accessibility compliance, train users, and support timely campus communications and campaigns.
