Provide front-line support in the Financial Aid Office: advise students and families on aid options, process and verify FAFSA and supporting documents, evaluate eligibility, manage appeals and academic progress tracking, assist with office communications, data entry, and supervise student assistants. Requires in-person campus presence and occasional travel.

Provide in-person outreach, recruitment, and admissions support to prospective students; deliver presentations, assist with applications/registration, maintain student records and recruitment materials, coordinate campus tours and events, and develop recruitment plans to meet enrollment goals.

Manage the Digital Holistic Student Support project to implement a unified data and technology system. Plan, track, and report on project milestones; gather stakeholder requirements; coordinate vendors and departments; analyze advising/analytics data; drive adoption and improvements to support student retention and success.
