Supervise and coordinate production operations across the facility, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, regulatory compliance, and budget performance. Lead employees through training, motivation, performance management, and scheduling. Monitor production against plans, improve processes, control costs and inventory, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain food safety, housekeeping, and quality standards while directing operations in a 24/7 refrigerated dairy manufacturing environment.

Manage quality assurance and food safety programs for a 24/7 fluid dairy processing plant. Lead seven QA technicians, maintain the SQF plan and accredited testing laboratory, oversee laboratory testing and FTIR analyzer operations, conduct sanitation and food safety audits, analyze quality metrics, and ensure compliance with customer, state, federal, and GFSI requirements. The role also supports continuous improvement, vendor and customer needs, dairy producer communication, and food microbiology and sanitation standards.
