Manages Clover’s local and national distributor relationships to grow sales, expand distribution, and improve market execution. Develops distributor sales strategies, business plans, incentives, promotions, and field activations; trains distributor sales teams; supports product launches; monitors performance; analyzes sales and market data; and identifies expansion opportunities. Partners with Sales, category managers, and merchandising teams while regularly visiting distributor markets and providing growth recommendations to leadership.
