Own Clover’s global internal brand and employee experience across Israel, the US, and Europe. Manage engagement events, milestones, gifting, internal communications, distributed-team inclusion, employee lifecycle moments, sentiment feedback, budgets, and vendors. The role combines strategic culture-building with hands-on execution, requiring strong narrative instincts, attention to detail, discretion, and fluency in English and Hebrew.

Conduct research on AI security agent behavior by forming hypotheses, designing experiments, analyzing traces and failure modes, and building research harnesses. Develop AI projects from proof of concept through production, including algorithms, pipelines, memory, context, and evaluation systems. Monitor emerging models and research, publish findings, and present at industry conferences while supporting customer-facing AI infrastructure.

Build and own scalable, production-grade frontend experiences for Clover’s SaaS product. Responsibilities include designing and implementing features end to end, driving frontend architecture, improving component patterns and performance, collaborating with Product, Design, and Backend, and raising standards for accessibility, consistency, testing, quality, and delivery velocity.
