Partners with clinical, network, growth, operations, and technology teams to improve provider outcomes across value-based care markets.

Build and manage relationships with specialist providers, translating analytics into actions that improve utilization, quality, affordability, access, and network performance. The role supports provider contracting, rate negotiations, network development, value-based arrangements, and performance improvement. It leads data-driven provider discussions, monitors adoption and referral behavior, tracks network KPIs and savings, and collaborates with analytics, clinical, and network teams. The position requires up to 50% travel across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Georgia.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for technology teams, partnering with hiring managers to define roles, create hiring plans, source niche candidates, analyze pipeline data, and improve talent acquisition strategies.
