Manage ingestion pipelines, customer onboarding, data hygiene, observability, and enterprise reporting. Drive AI-augmented SDLC adoption, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2), hire and mentor engineering leaders, and partner with product and data science to deliver a stable, scalable clinical data platform that supports multi-customer growth and clinical insight generation.
