CloudZero Benefits Overview

Generate qualified sales pipeline by prospecting target accounts through phone, email, social media, and direct mail. Set meetings for Account Executives, meet monthly quotas, communicate CloudZero’s value proposition, develop creative engagement strategies, and maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce and Outreach. This hybrid role requires 3–4 days onsite in the Boston area and willingness to travel as needed.

Own and scale CloudZero’s Kafka and Kubernetes platforms, including Amazon EKS operations, reliability, monitoring, governance, and performance tuning. Build Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and CI/CD workflows using tools such as Terraform and GitHub Actions. Partner with software engineers to improve application reliability and developer experience, automate infrastructure, and support production systems through on-call responsibilities.

Own relationships with 30–50 B2B SaaS accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Drive adoption, retention, ROI, executive engagement, renewals, upsells, forecasting, and customer health in Salesforce. Partner with TAMs and internal teams on success plans, escalations, and customer advocacy. Use AI to automate workflows and improve scalability, while managing commercial negotiations and revenue-related KPIs.
