Supports daily training operations, including trainer travel bookings, virtual training links, training audits, feedback reports, scheduling, calendar management, stakeholder coordination, and operational reporting. Strong communication, time management, Excel, and Microsoft Tools skills are required. The role involves a mandatory rotational evening shift and a six-month internship.

Supports and optimizes AWS cloud infrastructure and data platform services, including EC2, EKS, EFS, MSK, EMR, and Glue. Responsibilities include provisioning, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident management, root-cause analysis, container and Kubernetes administration, storage and backup support, big data and streaming operations, CloudWatch monitoring, and production on-call support in a 24x7 environment.

Manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment across lateral and campus hiring programs. Responsibilities include workforce planning, sourcing, screening, negotiations, interview coordination, offer rollout, campus relationships, employer branding, vendor management, recruiter leadership, stakeholder collaboration, hiring analytics, and compliance.
