As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage with inbound leads, educate prospects about CloudTalk's AI solutions, and collaborate with the sales team to drive conversions.

Own lifecycle and growth conversion: build and maintain always-on onboarding, trial nurture and re-engagement flows; run directional experiments and A/B/multivariate tests; execute launch activation campaigns and in-app conversion surfaces; automate repetitive work with AI and no-code tools; ensure GDPR compliance and list hygiene; measure funnel conversion lifts and system health.
