Own a B2B SaaS customer portfolio, driving retention, renewals, expansion, onboarding, and overall account health. Build proactive save strategies, identify growth opportunities, track customer health metrics, conduct executive business reviews, and establish relationships with decision-makers. Act as the internal customer advocate while partnering with Product, Support, and Customer Engineering. Use CRM, analytics, and customer success tools to manage the portfolio and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Own CloudTalk’s paid acquisition strategy and €5M annual budget across search and social channels. Build and optimize campaigns, ads, landing-page tests, bids, tracking, and attribution while measuring ROAS against SQL and pipeline value. Lead and coach one senior PPC specialist, collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing, and report performance and recommendations to the CMO. The role requires hands-on B2B SaaS performance marketing expertise, revenue-focused analytics, and strong English communication.

Design elegant user experiences for CloudTalk’s AI-powered calling software across web, desktop, and mobile platforms. Build and scale cross-platform design systems, communicate concepts to engineering, product, and leadership, and collaborate on research, experimentation, and prototyping. The role requires managing complex projects, working autonomously and cross-functionally, and contributing to broader product initiatives. Experience with AI-powered product development is a plus.
