Provides L1 technical product support, investigates phishing sites, fake domains, and impersonation profiles, manages takedown requests, and monitors cybersecurity alerts. The role includes threat triage, incident documentation and escalation, customer communication, playbook development, threat intelligence support, and use of AI prompt engineering to improve detection workflows. Candidates support global customers remotely in rotational shifts.

Assist with operating Kubernetes clusters across AWS, GCP, and Azure; manage ingress, traffic routing, autoscaling, observability, CI/CD, and GitOps workflows. Support monitoring and logging, automate operational tasks, troubleshoot networking, containers, and cloud services, and collaborate with application and security teams. The role also involves configuration and secrets management, performance tuning, infrastructure automation, and reliability improvements.

Customer-facing role that translates threat intelligence into actionable guidance for CISOs and security teams. Review and triage incidents, prioritize based on business impact, prepare customer-ready summaries, follow up to closure, and advise on next best actions. Collaborate with analysts, run weekly incident reviews, and drive adoption of CloudSEK workflows to reduce customer risk.
