Own complex employee relations cases, People initiatives, and the operational core of the People function. Responsibilities include payroll and benefits administration, onboarding, probation, background screening, security clearance coordination, Rippling data quality, and senior-leader partnership. The role will later guide and support a People Partner, lead handover of operations, improve policies and processes, and act as the CPO’s autonomous operational partner.

Leads Cloudscaler’s Applied AI business unit, owning go-to-market offerings, customer relationships, pre-sales, partner strategy, thought leadership, commercial performance, and P&L growth. Provides technical oversight, builds and manages the AI practice, develops reusable accelerators, establishes delivery standards, and enables AI adoption across the company. The role combines applied AI technical leadership, consulting, business development, team building, and strategic decision-making.

Lead end-to-end AWS migration projects under the AWS MAP programme: own discovery, business-case modelling, pilot migrations, and landing zone/platform design. Architect secure, scalable enterprise platforms, apply Well-Architected principles, provide technical governance and leadership, and implement cloud-native security and monitoring using AWS platform services.
