Leads Cloudscaler’s Applied AI business unit, owning go-to-market offerings, customer relationships, pre-sales, partner strategy, thought leadership, commercial performance, and P&L growth. Provides technical oversight, builds and manages the AI practice, develops reusable accelerators, establishes delivery standards, and enables AI adoption across the company. The role combines applied AI technical leadership, consulting, business development, team building, and strategic decision-making.

Own resource assignments across client engagements, balancing skills, availability, development, wellbeing, and utilisation. Build and manage a trusted associate pool, including sourcing, onboarding, compliance, rates, and deployment. Maintain accurate resourcing and HR data, provide management information, coordinate with delivery and commercial stakeholders, and improve manual processes through AI, automation, and resourcing tooling. The role also supports bench management, capacity forecasting, and security-clearance-aware placement decisions.

Leads the company’s AWS migration offering, including MAP engagements, data centre exits, landing zone migrations, methodology, assessment tooling, wave planning, and validation. Builds migration business cases, supports proposals, manages revenue and KPIs, develops reusable delivery assets, and drives AI automation. The role will recruit and lead a dedicated team, assume P&L accountability, support AWS competency attainment, and represent the company with clients and partners.
