Build and manage a trusted associate pool, including sourcing, onboarding, compliance, rates, and deployment. Maintain accurate resourcing and HR data, provide management information, coordinate with delivery and commercial stakeholders, and improve manual processes through AI, automation, and resourcing tooling. The role also supports bench management, capacity forecasting, and security-clearance-aware placement decisions.

Leads the company’s AWS migration offering, including MAP engagements, data centre exits, landing zone migrations, methodology, assessment tooling, wave planning, and validation. Builds migration business cases, supports proposals, manages revenue and KPIs, develops reusable delivery assets, and drives AI automation. The role will recruit and lead a dedicated team, assume P&L accountability, support AWS competency attainment, and represent the company with clients and partners.

Lead end-to-end AWS migration projects under the AWS MAP programme: own discovery, business-case modelling, pilot migrations, and landing zone/platform design. Architect secure, scalable enterprise platforms, apply Well-Architected principles, provide technical governance and leadership, and implement cloud-native security and monitoring using AWS platform services.
