Lead client discovery and translate HR strategy, processes, and technology challenges into Workday HCM solutions. Develop tailored demonstrations, facilitate workshops, support proposals and RFPs, shape solution scope and estimates, and partner with Sales and Consulting teams throughout the sales cycle. Ensure smooth handover to delivery while maintaining expertise across Workday modules, HR transformation, automation, analytics, integrations, reporting, and security.

Lead delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Financials integrations. Serve as a senior client advisor, lead solutioning workshops, oversee post-go-live hypercare, review technical designs and estimates, manage team performance, and drive automation and delivery best practices. The role requires deep Workday integration expertise across Studio, Core Connectors, web services, reporting, and Financials processes, along with client-facing leadership experience.

Owns commercial growth across existing enterprise customer accounts by identifying, developing, and closing cross-sell, upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities. Responsibilities include strategic account planning, executive stakeholder engagement, proposal and contract management, forecasting, pipeline governance, negotiation, and collaboration with delivery and consulting teams. The role focuses on expanding Workday-related services, including implementation phases, optimization, AMS, Extend, and new modules.
