Build scalable playbooks, help content, knowledge systems, and product feedback loops; monitor usage, prevent onboarding stalls, manage escalations, and improve time-to-value for manufacturing customers.

Create on-camera videos, tutorials, and social media content showcasing machining, CloudNC’s CAM Assist software, and AI-enabled manufacturing. Operate and prepare CNC machines for filming, including tooling and workholding, while explaining complex machining concepts to broad audiences. Diagnose production issues, demonstrate machining best practices, and collaborate with marketing on trend-driven content.

Research, design, and develop algorithms and software systems for AI-driven CNC machining, including toolpath optimization, cutting strategies, and automated CAM workflows. Collaborate with manufacturing experts, data scientists, and software engineers to convert advanced concepts into reliable production software. The role emphasizes high-performance C++ development, computational geometry, numerical methods, optimization, and modern software engineering practices.
