The role also evaluates alliances, joint ventures, and commercial partnerships; supports long-term strategy and debt or equity financing; and builds the corporate development function, playbooks, models, and pipeline infrastructure.

The Staff Engineer will lead the architectural design and technical direction for new initiatives, collaborate with teams, and promote engineering excellence. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring robust solutions in production environments.

Lead the design and operation of an SRE and observability function for approximately 70 security-product components. Define SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, ownership, alerting, escalation, and incident practices. Build fleet telemetry collection and instrumentation using Python, Go, and Rust, supporting bare-metal and customer-managed hosts.
