Leads CloudKitchens’ US and Canada growth marketing strategy, including paid acquisition, media budget allocation, CAC optimization, funnel analysis, creative testing, and channel expansion. Partners with Sales, PLG, and GTM teams to improve lead quality and conversion. Manages agencies, contractors, and a high-performing growth marketing team while overseeing campaigns across Meta and Google and experimenting with channels such as YouTube, TikTok, influencers, podcasts, and social creative.

Oversee daily operations at CloudKitchens facilities in Madrid, including restaurant partner onboarding, support and retention, team scheduling and training, facility maintenance, vendor coordination, health and safety compliance, KPI reporting, and P&L management. The role also drives operational efficiency, partner satisfaction, cost control, and facility profitability while ensuring a positive onsite work environment.

Oversee daily operations at a smart-kitchen facility, including team scheduling and performance, order fulfillment, sanitation, facility maintenance, restaurant partner sales and onboarding, customer support, retention, KPI reporting, P&L management, and vendor coordination. Lead facility tours, assist partners with permits and delivery-platform setup, conduct maintenance inspections, and support profitability and service-quality goals.
