Generate and qualify top-of-funnel leads, perform outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social), manage lead data and notes in Salesforce, conduct early qualification and hand off opportunities to Account Executives, support market research and prioritization, and shadow AEs to learn negotiation and pricing.

The BIM Associate I will support design and modeling of architectural and engineering projects, manage Onboarding permit drawings, assist with schematic designs, and coordinate building systems using Revit and other tools.
