Generate and qualify top-of-funnel leads, conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social), enter and maintain Salesforce records, perform early sales qualification, support market research and assist AEs for smooth handoffs and negotiation shadowing.

Manage accounts payable and vendor payments, prioritize invoices and discounts, resolve invoice discrepancies with stakeholders, maintain detailed records, analyze spreadsheet/dashboard data to optimize payment schedules, improve AP reporting and processes.

Oversee daily facility operations including team leadership, onboarding restaurant partners, managing janitorial and maintenance, reporting KPIs and P&L, running facility tours and partner retention, and coordinating vendors.
