Software Development Apprentices will gain hands-on experience building scalable cloud systems across full-stack development, Salesforce, AWS, data engineering, business intelligence, and AI. Responsibilities include developing web applications and APIs, configuring Salesforce, deploying AWS applications, performing ETL, creating dashboards, and collaborating on AI solutions. Apprentices will follow software development, testing, security, scalability, and version-control practices while completing aptitude, coding, technical, and HR assessments.

Designs and maintains scalable test automation frameworks, develops automated tests, integrates testing into CI/CD pipelines, and leads QA activities within Agile sprints. Performs exploratory, regression, risk-based, API, cross-browser, device, performance, security, and accessibility testing. Collaborates with product and engineering teams on BDD/TDD, manages defects in JIRA, supports code reviews, maintains documentation, and explores AI-enhanced testing methods.
