Leads multiple concurrent technical projects from initiation through implementation, transition, and closure. Develops project plans, coordinates engineers and cross-functional resources, manages risks, dependencies, scope, schedules, and client expectations, and communicates status to executives and stakeholders. Facilitates meetings, maintains project documentation, oversees deliverables, supports resource planning, and coordinates occasional after-hours implementation activities. The role also provides project-level direction to three project engineers and contributes to improving project management processes and tools.

Provides advanced systems administration and infrastructure support across on-premises and cloud environments. Resolves escalated incidents, mentors Tier 1 staff, supports Microsoft platforms, virtualization, networks, firewalls, VPNs, and data center hardware. Engineers client solutions, maintains disaster recovery and security controls, documents configurations, communicates with clients, and recommends system improvements. The role requires occasional travel, on-call coverage, and physical work in server rooms and data centers.
