Evaluates AI-enabled tools, establishes responsible AI governance, optimizes cloud and SaaS spending, and balances long-term strategy with hands-on technical execution.

Own and develop a production recommendation engine for Kubernetes resource optimization. Design time-series forecasting models, data-quality pipelines, safety guardrails, regression tests, and production metrics for CPU, memory, GPU, and JVM workloads. Investigate customer issues, improve recommendation accuracy, maintain Python services, and guide ML strategy while collaborating with platform engineering, product, and leadership.

Provide technical customer support for StormForge across Kubernetes and cloud environments. Diagnose distributed-system issues, analyze logs and metrics, assist with deployments and configuration, document solutions, collaborate with engineering and product teams on escalations and fixes, and improve support processes. The role requires production troubleshooting, cloud infrastructure expertise, clear communication, and the ability to understand application code.
