Manage and lead a large team of role players at the National Training Center in Barstow, CA. Oversee role player operations and scenario execution, ensure alignment with military training objectives, and maintain required security eligibility.

Provide realistic Dari and Pashto role-playing support for U.S. Army training rotations at Fort Irwin. Follow scripted and unscripted scenarios, portray assigned personas, interact with military and foreign officials, operate in harsh outdoor conditions, and integrate with students and instructors to enhance exercise realism. Must obtain and maintain US SECRET clearance.

Manage the National Training Center Role Player Task Order supporting 9 training rotations and up to 150 contracted role players. Oversee role player performance in realistic battlefield scenarios (civilians, insurgents, host-nation forces, NGOs), ensure operations during on-site hours (0800–1600 M–F), and coordinate staffing and scenario execution. Must have NTC role player management experience, military operations knowledge, and ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
