Design, develop, deploy, and support Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including CDP implementations, custom applications, integrations, data pipelines, and optimized data models. Gather requirements, implement governance and security practices, troubleshoot performance issues, document solutions, and provide technical guidance to stakeholders and team members.

Leads brownfield and interior fitout projects from planning through handover. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating 3D plans and BOQs, managing budgets, resources, quality, vendors, procurement, stakeholders, and large teams while ensuring timelines, client requirements, and delivery commitments are met.

Manage social media content and engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp; coordinate website UI/UX updates; run basic Meta and Google Ads campaigns; manage inbound leads, follow-ups, conversions, and pipeline tracking; and support HR, IT, coworking, staff, and vendor coordination.

Manage AP and AR invoice processes in SAP B1 HANA or SAP ECC, resolve invoice-related user issues, and support SAP integrations with external systems. Develop and troubleshoot REST/SOAP API integrations, JSON/XML payloads, request-response validation, transaction errors, logs, and functional gaps. The role requires on-site work in Raipur, with SAP CPI exposure preferred.
