Leads small and medium complexity cross-functional projects from charter through implementation, including product launches, supply-chain initiatives, capability development, and cost savings. Manages scope, resources, schedules, budgets, risks, contingencies, stakeholder alignment, and leadership decisions. Owns project management processes, coaches teams, ensures process adherence, and serves as a strategic business partner to category stakeholders.

Summer supply chain internship supporting planning, logistics, analytics, and sourcing activities. Responsibilities include analyzing production, demand, inventory, transportation, and sales data; maintaining logistics metrics; preparing reports; improving supply chain processes; supporting procurement; and collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal partners. The role also includes development activities covering end-to-end supply chain operations.

Three-year rotational leadership program covering supply chain business support, manufacturing, and technical operations. Participants gain experience in logistics analysis, order management, process engineering, production supervision, continuous improvement, quality, technical services, external manufacturing, and capital project management. The program includes leadership development, cross-functional collaboration, facility exposure, and supervisory responsibilities. The role is primarily based in Alpharetta, Georgia, may require relocation during the manufacturing rotation, and involves travel for program activities.
