Lead strategy and execution for People data, analytics, governance, and AI readiness. Own enterprise People data standards, drive insights and dashboards, support transformation programs (e.g., job architecture, M&A), and partner across HR, IT, and business leaders to enable data-driven decisions and scalable AI-enabled People capabilities.

Lead enterprise risk management program, conduct enterprise and project-based risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, report risks to senior leadership and board, improve ERM processes, deliver training, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsible for product regulatory compliance across Greater China, advising on regulations, managing operations, and building relationships with regulatory stakeholders.
