Support technology M&A transactions by conducting market and competitor analysis, preparing pitches, building target and investor lists, and performing company valuations using trading multiples, DCF, and LBO analyses. Six-month Technology M&A internship based in Paris supporting transactions end-to-end. Tasks include financial modelling, investment memoranda and pitch preparation, due diligence management, prospect identification, and sector research to support deal execution and marketing.
