Run strategy and training onboarding sessions, drive customers to first value, manage multiple client cases, own account health and churn prevention, mentor junior teammates, contribute to knowledge base, collaborate with Sales and Enablement, customize onboarding journeys, and identify process improvements to meet KPIs.

Lead and build a secure, highly available internal platform by writing code and IaC, closing infrastructure gaps, defining LLM strategy and guardrails, mentoring engineering managers and ICs, partnering with leadership and recruiting to scale internal tooling, and ensuring security, performance, and reliability across internal workflows.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the EMEA Senior Leadership Team: manage complex schedules and travel across time zones, coordinate events and meetings, handle correspondence and expense reconciliation, liaise with external partners, maintain documentation and knowledge management, and protect confidential information.
