Teams at Clio

Own the vision, roadmap, execution, and quality measurement for Clio’s AI Search platform. Lead engineering and ML teams developing hybrid lexical and semantic search across documents, emails, and records. Improve relevance through ranking, query understanding, embeddings, A/B testing, click-through analysis, and offline evaluations. Coordinate across Clio products while balancing relevance, latency, cost, permissions, and customer AI preferences. Translate customer search needs into measurable product improvements and guide both new product development and platform scaling.

Conduct live customer onboarding, strategy, and training sessions; guide customers toward first value and successful product adoption; manage multiple client cases and deadlines; monitor account health and mitigate churn; collaborate with Sales, Customer Enablement, and technical teams; maintain product expertise; and contribute to customer-facing knowledge resources and onboarding processes.

Lead go-to-market strategy and integrated marketing programs for strategic partner portfolios. Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executives to drive partner engagement, customer acquisition, and measurable growth. Build scalable planning frameworks, operating processes, playbooks, and governance; analyze performance; mentor teammates; represent Partner Marketing in executive planning; and champion AI-enabled tools and modern marketing technologies.
