Manage a portfolio of high-value EMEA accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Deliver value-based relationships, business reviews, product demonstrations, and cross-functional feedback. Proactively engage customers, resolve escalations, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to improve customer outcomes.

The Account Executive will generate new business with law firms, manage sales activities using Salesforce, and conduct product demonstrations to meet client needs.
