Supervises production and packaging teams on a manufacturing shift, coordinating daily output, quality, safety, sanitation, traceability, and GMP compliance. Monitors OEE and production performance, oversees line setup and changeovers, performs inspections and basic equipment adjustments, addresses food safety or packaging deviations, maintains records, supports audits and product trials, trains employees, and assists with personnel decisions.
