Develops and prioritizes software product requirements within an Agile team. Collaborates with clients, product stakeholders, and subject matter experts to validate user needs, workflows, data flows, risks, and functional requirements. Creates process diagrams, data flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes; presents enhancements; supports predictable delivery and quality standards. Requires commercial software development experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with AI-enabled tools and laboratory, healthcare, or scientific software.

Lead large-scale healthcare software implementations across NHS Trusts, hospitals, and healthcare organizations. Manage projects from initiation through customer acceptance and support handover, including planning, governance, budgets, risks, issues, schedules, reporting, supplier coordination, and customer meetings. Ensure contractual, quality, and timeline compliance while improving project management processes. The role requires healthcare-sector delivery experience, PRINCE2 certification, Microsoft Project expertise, AI awareness, and UK and Ireland travel.
