Clinisys Benefits Overview

Provides inbound technical support for healthcare software clients by receiving requests, assessing and prioritizing issues, researching resolutions, documenting cases, and communicating status. Partners with clients and internal teams to resolve problems, uses knowledgebase and AI-assisted resources, maintains client satisfaction, and learns Clinisys applications and systems. Requires participation in on-call and holiday rotations, with minimal travel to client sites.

Build, deploy, operate, and improve secure AI and LLM solutions across the enterprise. Responsibilities include designing agents and workflows, integrating Microsoft and enterprise systems, modeling data, implementing RAG and APIs, developing evaluations and security controls, releasing through CI/CD pipelines, monitoring production performance, troubleshooting issues, and communicating with technical and business stakeholders.

Leads a team delivering application interfaces and interoperability solutions for customer environments. Oversees integration projects, establishes standards, provides technical guidance across design through support, manages escalations, communicates with stakeholders, and drives delivery quality and efficiency. The role also supports resource planning, performance management, customer partnerships, and adoption of standardized integration capabilities.
