Administer and develop Oracle database environments across development, testing, and production. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, patching, performance tuning, security, backup and recovery, migrations, incident resolution, PL/SQL development, deployment scripting, and production support. The role requires expertise with Oracle RAC, Grid Infrastructure, ASM, RMAN, Data Pump, SQL optimization, and highly available mission-critical systems while collaborating with development, QA, infrastructure, support, and product teams.

Executes structured enterprise software configuration tasks, interprets work instructions, maintains reusable catalogue artefacts, documents and version-controls outputs, follows governance and escalation processes, and supports continuous improvement. The role uses AI-assisted tools and automation to improve repetitive configuration work, collaborates with global teams, and focuses on accuracy, standardization, service levels, and audit traceability without direct client interaction.

Designs and leads production AI, GenAI, LLM, RAG, and agentic solutions integrated with LIMS/LIS platforms. Architects secure Azure-based systems, data pipelines, APIs, and model lifecycle operations in regulated healthcare and laboratory environments. Partners with product, engineering, UX, data science, and clinical teams to deliver automation and explainable AI capabilities. Provides technical leadership, mentoring, architecture standards, proof-of-concept development, and cross-team guidance.
