Owns workforce IT systems, including Google Workspace, MDM, identity and access management, endpoint compliance, employee onboarding and offboarding, access reviews, vendor security due diligence, IT documentation, and employee troubleshooting. Partners with engineering and security/compliance teams to remediate control gaps and maintain secure, audit-ready systems in a fast-scaling healthcare AI company.

Manage the company's end-to-end compliance program: run compliance automation, triage and remediate failing controls, maintain policies and evidence, coordinate external audits, administer Google Workspace and MDM, track risk and lead mitigation with stakeholders.

The Territory Director will drive market expansion in healthcare AI by developing relationships, pipeline generation, and operationalizing AI in complex environments. The role demands consultative selling, strategic thinking, and ownership mentality in a rapidly evolving landscape.
