Own day-to-day accounting operations and monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for a SaaS business. Manage AP and AR, GAAP financials, Stripe reconciliation, ASC 606 revenue recognition, forecasting, reporting, internal controls, and audit readiness. Build scalable accounting processes, oversee automation vendors, and provide leadership with visibility into cash, runway, and operating performance.

Provide first-line technical support to healthcare providers using an AI-driven clinical documentation platform. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, onboarding, product guidance, practical AI education, prompt engineering support, customer feedback coordination, and creating FAQs and support documentation. The role requires strong communication, organization, customer empathy, technical aptitude, and interest in healthcare AI.

The VP of Revenue will own and scale the company’s full enterprise revenue function, including pipeline generation, territory expansion, SDR/BDR, sales forecasting, pricing, packaging, and closed-won execution. The role leads Territory Directors, SDRs, and Customer Success while building sales processes, compensation plans, territories, quotas, and CRM discipline. This executive partners with the CEO, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementation to drive enterprise healthcare growth, expansion, renewals, and board-level revenue reporting.
