Lead nursing clinical practice and compliance, supervise lab/immunization/education staff, develop and review clinical policies and competencies, support hiring and training, collaborate with providers and managers to ensure high-quality, compliant care, and contribute to quality improvement and population health initiatives.

Manage day-to-day facilities and General Services operations across multiple sites, oversee maintenance, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, Life Safety and Environment of Care readiness, supervise staff, support projects and emergency preparedness, maintain inspection and compliance documentation, and improve work order and facilities processes.

Physician Informaticist serves as clinical leader and Epic subject matter expert to optimize workflows, decision support, documentation, order sets, reporting, training, and provider experience while collaborating with clinical, IT, and operational teams.
