Provide direct patient care under provider supervision in a community health clinic: assist with procedures, administer medications/IVs per orders, monitor and document patient status, maintain supplies and equipment, educate patients, and support clinic workflow including occasional satellite coverage.

Serve as the subject-matter expert for front office operations, performing audits, workflow observations, onboarding, training, coaching, and quality improvement to standardize registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and customer service across clinics. Develop reports and dashboards, partner with revenue cycle and IT, and provide on-site operational support.

Greet and register patients, manage appointments, verify insurance/payment, collect co-pays and daily cash reports, handle phone inquiries, perform general administrative tasks, and support EHR/EPM usage while maintaining confidentiality and excellent customer service.
