Teams at Clinica Sierra Vista

Provide direct patient care and support under general supervision in a community health center: assist with procedures, assess and monitor patients, administer medications and IVs per protocol, document care, maintain equipment and supplies, educate patients, and occasionally staff satellite clinics.

Provide outpatient primary pediatric care for patients 0-18, adhere to AAP/USPSTF/FQHC clinical standards, participate in peer review and QA, share phone-triage call duties, supervise advanced practice providers, assist leadership with program design and evaluation. Newborn care is optional and call schedule is shared.

Lead support for Clinica Sierra Vista's compliance and risk programs: coordinate monitoring, audits, investigations, training, incident reporting, corrective actions, and regulatory readiness. Provide guidance to compliance staff, prepare reports on risk trends, support accreditation and insurer interactions, and ensure adherence to HIPAA and other healthcare regulations while promoting a culture of safety and confidentiality.
