Oversee behavioral health and/or SUD program operations at a clinic site: supervise clinicians and interns, provide some psychotherapy, ensure clinical quality, compliance (Medi-Cal/Medicare, accreditation), hire and retain staff, manage performance and policies, represent program in community partnerships, and handle crisis interventions and site safety.

Supervise and coordinate behavioral health and SUD clinical services at a site: provide psychotherapy to a small caseload, offer clinical supervision, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, manage staffing (hiring, performance, discipline), participate in policy development, crisis intervention, and represent the program in collaborative meetings while overseeing site operations and safety.

The Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor oversees clinical activities, provides psychotherapy, manages staff, and ensures compliance with health standards, while supporting overall clinic operations.
