Leads Climate Power’s fundraising and development strategy, including major donor relationships, stewardship, donor events, proposals, grant reports, revenue projections, and fundraising communications. Builds and manages the Development team, oversees its budget, partners with executive leadership and finance, represents the organization with donors and at events, and drives annual revenue growth exceeding established benchmarks.

Manage clean energy advocacy campaigns, organization-wide plans, messaging, partner outreach, meetings, events, budgets, and tracking systems. Draft talking points, memos, updates, and research materials while coordinating across departments, consultants, political partners, and external stakeholders. Support strategic communications that translate clean energy policy progress into public demand. The role requires strong writing, organization, project coordination, and independent collaboration in a remote-first environment, with occasional travel and flexible evening or weekend work.

Leads Climate Power’s clean energy economy campaigns, managing campaign operations, budgets, projects, staff workflows, consultants, partner relationships, research applications, narrative development, and communications materials. The role coordinates organization-wide campaign plans, rapid-response opportunities, coalition outreach, debriefs, and external stakeholder engagement. It also supports senior leadership with media interactions, op-eds, partner updates, and reporter engagement while advancing clean energy policy messaging.
