Teams at Climate Policy Initiative

Lead development and delivery of climate finance initiatives across Indonesia and Southeast Asia; oversee project delivery, budgets, quality control, methodology and analytical products; drive stakeholder engagement, business development and fundraising; build and manage the Jakarta office and team; represent CPI externally and align regional work with global strategy.

Support grants financial reporting and compliance across programs: prepare donor reports, maintain MIS, review budgets, assist audits and subgrant oversight, improve controls and accounting systems (Intacct), and provide day-to-day financial support to program staff and finance leadership.

Lead and manage complex research and analytical projects on low-carbon transition across energy, industry, mobility and urban sectors. Produce high-quality knowledge products, engage stakeholders and policymakers, support business development, mentor junior staff, coordinate events, represent CPI at conferences, and ensure timely delivery and budget alignment.
