Supports end-to-end planning and execution of AI and digital transformation programs for utilities and power-sector organizations. Responsibilities include assessing AI readiness, facilitating data access, coordinating pilots, engaging stakeholders, delivering capacity-building workshops, tracking KPIs and risks, producing reports and knowledge products, and supporting innovation frameworks, partnerships, proposals, and growth initiatives.

Coordinates the Mosambi platform’s daily operations, cross-functional team execution, feature delivery, research quality, UAT, release management, monitoring, and leadership reporting. Translates business requirements into technical deliverables, oversees platform health and user issues, manages priorities and milestones, validates research outputs, maintains documentation, and supports product roadmap execution and continuous improvement.

Supports strategy, business development, and execution of climate-tech startup acceleration, capacity-building, and ecosystem programs. Coordinates applications, onboarding, mentor matching, scheduling, communications, stakeholder engagement, outreach, research, content development, reporting, and impact documentation. The role manages multiple workstreams, maintains program dashboards and materials, and collaborates cross-functionally with startups, entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners.

Support Mosambi’s partnership and business growth initiatives through stakeholder outreach, meeting coordination, CRM management, documentation, market research, proposal development, investor materials, reporting, and follow-up tracking. Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on strategy, product roadmaps, fundraising, business planning, partner onboarding, and process improvement. Maintain accurate partnership pipelines and ensure commitments and action items are completed on schedule.

Support research and analysis of climate impact frameworks, work with startup founders to define impact boundaries and metrics, and develop customized impact assessment tools in MS Excel. Coordinate with clients and partners, document meetings, track project actions, and assist with events, training sessions, and workshops.
