Provide strategic, proactive executive support to Global Practice Head(s)/Senior Partners in a major law firm: manage priorities, calendars, client engagement, billing progression, business development coordination, risk mitigation, and cross-regional stakeholder communication while maintaining confidentiality and high judgment.

Support global Business Development strategy for Trade & Sanctions by partnering with partners and lawyers to implement BD plans, identify revenue opportunities, manage marketing and reputation initiatives, produce thought leadership, organize events, and track ROI. Deliver research, competitor analysis, and client development activities while coordinating with global BD, Brand/Communications, and Knowledge teams to drive client conversion and grow the product group.

Support the Employment Team on advisory, transactional, remuneration, corporate governance and employee incentive matters. Assist with research, drafting, client communications and cross-border employment law issues while learning through mentoring and formal training.
