Designs and improves structured legal and client knowledge assets across search, intranet, taxonomy, content operations, and AI-enabled solutions. The role develops metadata models, supports retrieval and prompt workflows, evaluates AI outputs, maps legal workflows, shapes prototypes and pilots, and improves discoverability, governance, adoption, and reuse. It collaborates with lawyers, product, technology, data, risk, compliance, and operations teams to deliver practical, secure, and scalable knowledge experiences.

Manage global indirect tax risk, compliance, governance, and advisory activities across an international law firm. Provide guidance on VAT, GST, billing, cross-border services, systems changes, and business structuring. Develop tax policies, controls, processes, and reporting frameworks while partnering with Finance, Billing, Risk, Compliance, and external advisers. The role includes line management of a Delhi-based team member, stakeholder advisory, tax risk management, process improvements, and support for finance systems and e-invoicing projects.
