Leads a fully remote evening-shift team of paralegals, managing performance, wellbeing, resource allocation, quality assurance, handovers, issue resolution, and operational delivery. Supports legal project management, process improvement, AI and legal technology adoption, recruitment, training, stakeholder engagement, and coordination with global delivery centres. The role also performs 15–25% fee-earning legal work and helps launch the Newcastle Delivery Centre evening-shift pilot.

Provide legal advice on complex commercial litigation, class actions, regulatory proceedings, arbitrations, investigations, and white-collar defense. Advise financial institutions, corporates, funds, and other clients on cross-border disputes and business risk. Manage matters, collaborate across practice groups, support business development and client relationships, and mentor junior lawyers within a global disputes team.

Reviews conflict-clearance requests for amended, supplementary, and new matters; researches clients, counterparties, and corporate relationships using internal and external databases; assesses requests against conflict policies, regulatory rules, and existing mandates; communicates with partners and fee earners, follows up on submissions, monitors requests, resolves issues, and escalates complex matters.
