Own messaging, creative direction, campaign strategy, social, email, content pipelines, and quality gates. Operate and refine AI agents and feedback loops to continuously improve output and maintain extremely high creative standards.

The Senior Technical Account Manager will manage customer relationships, oversee onboarding processes, drive AI utilization, optimize workflows, and ensure customer success in leveraging ClickUp's platform.

Partner with the CEO to design AI-first operating systems, drive cross-functional strategic execution, build board and investor narratives, lead AI transformation across functions, and ensure leadership alignment and measurable outcomes at scale.
