Build and deploy AI systems for logistics and e-commerce workflows, including LLM-powered automation, AI agents, copilots, RAG systems, analytics chatbots, evaluation frameworks, alerting, monitoring, and internal search. Work with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to turn prototypes into production services using Python, APIs, vector databases, cloud deployments, and observability tools.

Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, pre-sales engagements, onboarding, customer success, release quality, and product analytics. The role involves customer calls, API demos and walkthroughs, UAT, workflow mapping, internal tool development, and identifying product improvements using operational data. Candidates should be comfortable with APIs, Postman, SQL, AI tools, prompt engineering, debugging, QA, and ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Handle customer inquiries across email, chat, and phone; troubleshoot SaaS platform, API, integration, and HTML issues; guide customers through API integrations; document cases; identify recurring problems; create support documentation; and collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve escalations and improve customer satisfaction.
